Public project · Interactive case study
This project explores how a scripted product narrative can become a polished, repeatable experience—complete with structured content, custom visuals, rehearsal controls, and a separate authoring workflow.

Public-release boundary
The service name, people, scenarios, operating details, and metrics in the public demo are synthetic or illustrative. They demonstrate storytelling patterns, not a real company roadmap or production dataset.
The public artifact is static and read-only. It does not load private production copy, call authoring APIs, or include the editorial application. Those capabilities remain behind a separate protected boundary.
From story to system
The interesting product work is the system underneath: an editable narrative model, deterministic playback, reusable visual treatments, and release guardrails that keep the public surface safe and repeatable.
Shape
A fixed sequence of questions and answers creates a clear executive story before interface work begins.
Structure
Content, timing, media, and bespoke visuals stay reviewable instead of being buried inside presentation code.
Choreograph
The experience behaves like a product while remaining deterministic enough for rehearsal, recording, and live presentation.
Publish
The public build contains only the fictional playback experience. Editing and production tools remain private.
Try the experience
The demo is optimized for a deliberate, product-like walkthrough. It uses fictional content and illustrative data throughout.
