I Have Quietly Converted
By Cristiano Pierry
Voice input is starting to feel less like dictation and more like product direction for AI-assisted building.

I’ve quietly converted to using voice as my primary input method for both personal and work tasks.
I’m using Wispr Flow, and I’m surprised by how natural it has become. I’ve already dictated 92,000+ words, and my biggest category is AI prompts, with a lot of those prompts going toward coding.
Coding with AI is becoming less about typing every instruction and more about clearly explaining what you want built, what tradeoffs matter, and what good looks like.
Voice is starting to feel less like dictation and more like product direction.
