LinkedInProud, Sad, Or Something Else
Not sure if I should feel proud, sad, or something else entirely.

Not sure if I should feel proud, sad, or happy that I’m down to 10% of my OpenAI Codex weekly credits on a Pro account.
Luckily, it resets tonight.
Probably a mix of all three.
Proud, because it means I’m using the tools hard enough to learn where they break, where they shine, and how they change the way work gets done.
Sad, because apparently I can now run out of AI assistance the same way I used to run out of laptop battery.
Happy, because this is what adoption looks like when a tool becomes part of the daily workflow.
The interesting part is that most of this usage was not about experimenting with AI. It was about becoming more effective at the work itself. Moving faster. Debugging better. Prototyping sooner. Writing tests earlier. Turning ideas into working software with a level of efficiency that would have seemed unreasonable even a year ago.
The limit is a little annoying.
But it is also a pretty good signal.
